Lend is a French-regulated tokenization platform for real estate operations operating under EU MiCA-compliant framework. Each operation is structured through a dedicated SPV with Lend holding preferential rights; investors receive tokenized bonds (opLEND-N series) with fixed APR ranging 9–15%. Capital can be subscribed in USDC from 38+ chains and is aggregated to the primary chain via LayerZero OFT. A secondary marketplace (Lend DEX) enables early exit. Self-Repaying Loan feature uses Aave for users to borrow USDC against crypto and invest. Audited by Hashlock (Dec 2025, all High severity findings resolved). Chainlink USD/EUR oracle integration.
